I agree with Dave though, make the semis three sessions, play them over two days and finish the tournament on a Sunday i.e. not a UK centric bank holiday.Betty Logannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29605452.post-88542469423306612622011-04-05T17:44:24.745+01:002011-04-05T17:44:24.745+01:00the the second round should be made best of 23 and...the the second round should be made best of 23 and the semis best of 31. From there, williams had a winning steak of six frames to win that, 17-15.

The late and great, David Vine, said afterwards that Higgins had left The Crucible "in tears."

Williams then came from 12-6 and 13-7 to beat Matthew Stevens 18-16,Thus- win his first World title and become the first Left-Hander to win that title. The only other left-hander to win the title, being Neil Robertson, in 2010.JAMIE O'REILLYnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29605452.post-77355527228616127872011-04-04T19:22:20.607+01:002011-04-04T19:22:20.607+01:00excellent dave
