Ooh that's interesting, would expect wildcards given that they have been there in previous years but I hadn't heard anything elsewhere before this.
Looking at this link:http://www.worldsnooker.com/shanghai_masters_venue.htm?tid=112It would appear that there are indeed seven wildcards participating so it looks like that page is accurate snookerist.
