THREE IS THE MAGIC NUMBER

If you fancy something a little different, Eurosport2 is broadcasting the World Championship of 3 Cushion Billiards this weekend.

This is a remarkably skillful game of touch and precision played on pocketless tables.

The action starts today at 6.30pm BST, 7.30pm CET. The second semi-final is tomorrow at 10am BST, 11am CET and the final at 1.30pm BST, 2.30pm CET.

    first the awful display in the premier league then in the eptc event he didnt even try against liang and smashed the reds out in the last frame there is a videe been uploaded on you tube of it.

    I play this billiard game many time in Estonia and it good. Best good break of 65 (may be it 66)

  14. I was in Maastricht last week and I came across this great pub that had amazing draught beers and also a billiard table.

    A nice little crowd playing 'winner stays on' of 1-cushion billiards.. I was told they have a little league between venues down there too.

    I never realised they played the game round that part of the world.
