Will this be televised on the BBC?
Some intruiging ties here. Maguire-Cope should worth watching, and Dott-Trump and O'Sullivan-Liang.
And what a season Dave Harold's having.
Very intruiging draw indeed. Hard to pick a winner in many of the ties.
Maguire-Cope and O'Sullivan-Liang are the stand-outs for, whilst other games such as Allen-Holt and Day-Walden could be fiery encounters.
Out of form (in ranking events) Ding and Peter Ebdon will be pleased to be drawn against journeymen Burnett and Bedford respectively, whilst I have a sneaky feeling that Hendry and Robertson have potential banana skin opponents - Gilbert gave Hendry a fright for a session and a bit at the Crucible not so long ago, whilst Davis has taken a more circumspect approach to playing in recent years and his style will make it tricky for Neil.

Anon - it's on the BBC and Eurosport
Dave - do you know which matches in the Shanghai masters will be shown on Eurosport on Monday - it would be nice to see some of the young Chinese lads - i guess it will be Wenbo though?
Yeah, it's Jimmy White v Xiao Guodong followed by Liang Wenbo v Atthasit Mahitthi
shame the bbc couldn't show the draw live- guess snooker is recognised as being very important unless it is the world champs though. Pity world snooker dont even value it enough to give it live internet coverage though but I guess no camera at the final qualifiers makes showing a draw on the internet even lese likely.

will eurosport be showing any shanghai matches on their website for those of us who dont have access to sattelite tv?
Are both tables going to be on interactive? I was hoping for Parrott's match to be on TV, but I think if its only 1 table, it'd be Murphy.
