In an earlier item on this blog it was stated that the China Open was to be re-named Beijing Open but this latest article makers no mention of that and indeed the WSA seem to have come up with a new logo - hardly something they would do if a name change was imminent.

Indeed, we reported the tournament had changed name because that was what World Snooker told us.

It appears they have now changed their minds again.
