Jamie Cope has become only the tenth player to compile more than one maximum break in professional competition at the Shanghai Masters today.
Cope made his 147 in the third frame of his last 16 match against Mark Williams.
It follows his max in the 2006 Royal London Watches Grand Prix.
It is the 64th officially ratified maximum break in snooker history and the second in a ranking event in China after Stephen Maguire's effort at last season's China Open in Beijing.

I bet he'd rather have won the match.
I always re-collect the great Ted Lowe saying a maximum only ever wins you one frame - how true that is!
Another great edition of Snooker Scene David, great review on the rather contraversial game between Peter Ebdon and Liang Wenbo from the recent Northern Ireland Trophy, a story I have been following closely.
One item I read was about the forthcoming Bahrain Open and as it stands, the lack of TV coverage - I thought you and the boys at Eurosport would have guided us through the action.
Excellent covearge though from Shanghai thus far and a cracking quarter final line up to look forward to tomorrow, especially Mark Selby v Marco Fu and Ronnie O'Sullivan v Mark Williams - if there match is half as good as the one they contested at The Crucible in April it will be a belter!!!
